The 17th U.S.-China Legal Exchange, a joint US Department of Commerce and PRC Ministry of Commerce program. was held August 27-31 with workshops held in Harbin, Beijing and Guiyang focusing on recent developments in intellectual property rights enforcement and e-commerce issues.  Department of  Commerce General Counsel Cameron Kerry headed a U.S. delegation that consisted of both governmental and private sector lawyers including myself.

Except for some extra time in Beijing, there was not a lot of time for playing tourist, but on the pages are my photos from the trip along with some selected video clips from the presentations themselves.
